Wags owners: Johnny Eason and Tyler Stewart

About Us

It’s the dot com story that ended like no other. Native East Coasters Tyler Stewart and Johnny Eason decided to QUIT their technology jobs to do something which revolved around their best friend Bea.  Bea, 3 year old rottweiller/lab mix, rescued from the Santa Clara humane society is a local hero.  She runs, bikes, swims along with Tyler and Johnny in their training for triathlons.

Tyler Stewart, one of the owners, studied pre-vet for a few years in college and interned for a veterinarian, but decided she could not be a vet herself.

Johnny Eason was a small business major in college who grew up with a family of golden retrievers.  Together, with their love of dogs, business and veterinary background they decided to start up WAGS.

What seemed to be missing from the San Francisco area was a fun, clean, unique place where you could wash your own dog or just have your dog washed without paying the fancy grooming fees.

After deciding that Bea needed a little sister, Summit was rescued from the SF Animal Care and Control and they really needed a place to keep their dogs clean.
